Hello! Just exactly who is he kidding? OJ and his need to be in the spotlight have overruled any shred of dignity or common sense he had left. So getting away with murder wasn’t enough. Now OJ has resorted to armed robbery in order to steal his own memorabilia.Here is the true punchline, OJ staged this robbery with two of his hired hands on the same day Fred Goldman’s book was released. What was the title again? Oh yeah “If I did it!”What if? Yeah I think it is safe to say you did it and if ever there was someone who needed spin PR or crisis control… If FEMA has a PR opening I think I see a crisis that no one expects them to solve , yet could use a valiant effort.

I continually bring you this that seem outrageous to me but are factual! This is beyond my worst nightmare. Here is a couple that have lost their children and will not be getting them back!

Reported the following story which we have copied verbatim because it is so incredible: American couple Michael and Iana Straw, 25 and 23, from Nevada pleaded guilty to child neglect, brought about by their obsession with internet and video games, authorities said.

Their children, a boy aged 22 months and girl aged 11 months, were badly malnourished and near to death last month when doctors saw them after social workers took them to hospital.

Michael Straw, who was unemployed at the time of the incident, had come into a $50,000 inheritance and spent it on computer equipment and a large plasma TV.

The Straws allegedly failed to feed or properly clean their children because they couldn’t tear themselves away from the computer. Their main obsession was with the fantasy role-playing Dungeons & Dragons series.

Prosecutor Kelli Ann Viloria said: “They had food; they just chose not to give it to their kids because they were too busy playing video games.”

Police were called in after complaints from neighbors that one of the children would not stop crying. According to the police report, the family’s home was strewn with rubbish bags.

Police said hospital staff had to shave the head of the girl because her hair was matted with cat urine. The 10-pound girl also had a mouth infection, dry skin and severe dehydration.

Her brother had to be treated for starvation and a genital infection. His lack of muscle development caused him difficulty in walking, investigators said.

They MAY face up to twelve years in jail! What May? I am so curious what Nancy Grace or Gloria Alred would have to say! I hate to keep backsliding but seriously Gary in Kansas is too fat to raise children and these people are too selfish and stupid.

Unfortunately no one asked me, but in case they do… I would take fat and loving over stupid, pathetic and selfish any day!

Absolutely beyond ridiculous! Lawyers have long been the butt of jokes and if this is true I have found the darkest corner of the previously mentioned anatomy where the following lawyer may have a summer home!

Not wanting to mention any names or be indiscreet I shall provide details and purposely exclude the names. I would hate to be the target of their next exploit.

Okay so how many times have you ordered fast food and omitted something that is normally part of the order? If you have kids or like me just hate mustard then you do it all the time.

In fact my dislike for mustard is so great that my son and his friends become annoyed with me because I must check every piece of my order that could possibly contain mustard before leaving the drive-thru window. My fear is that I will get out of line and have to start the process over or worse, park the car and go in to get what I actually ordered.

That being said, there is a man that while in Morgantown, West Virginia stopped at a McDonalds. Mr. Frivolous Lawsuit ordered a Quarter Pounder with No Cheese.

Apparently overwhelmed by hunger and under whelmed by common sense, Mr. Frivolous knowing that he was actually allergic to cheese didn’t check his order before he began devouring it.

Okay now really, not that this is about me but just the fact that I hate mustard prompts me to check. I am not allergic, will not suffer, go into shock, stop breathing or need to be hospitalized. But I  freakin McCheck!

Mr. Frivolous was hospitalized do to his inability to care for his well being or use good judgment. His hospitalization apparently was in his own malfunctioning mind worth $10 million. His attorney, with the $$$ in his eyes, said that Mr. Frivolous made it painstakingly clear that there was to be no cheese.

If you are willing to put your life in the hands of someone who makes less than $6.00 an hour, you need more than an attorney!

I wonder if they asked if he wanted fries with that!

Okay so Michael Vick has disgraced his family, the NFL, his fans, and quite frankly himself. His career is pretty much over, his jail time is just beginning, financial trouble should ensue shortly…he has a long road ahead.

Enter DMX the rapper (real name Earl Simmons) has joined Mr. Vick in his stupor. Police found twelve starving and neglected pit-bull terriers at his Arizona home, not to mention the three buried dogs in the back yard of the house one of which had been burned to death.

Five years ago a US court ordered DMX to make public service announcements after pleading guilty to animal cruelty, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Okay so what have we learned? Oh yeah obviously nothing!

Does this new breed (no pun intended) of celebrity have so much free time and so little good sense that being cruel to animals is the best they can do?  These are the role models that some children aspire to be.

There are no bad dogs, only bad owners. In addition to the fines and the jail time I think celebrities that are cruel to animals deserve to work at rescue sites for a time that is equal to their jail sentence. There is no excuse for being cruel to animals.

In fact the only things that makes us superior to animals are logic, the ability to reason and fashion sense or not!

In Fact, it came to me while writing this perhaps, we could have dog whisperer present in court that way the boys could be judged by a jury of their victims’ peers!

Do dogs believe in the death penalty?

If ever there was something that makes you go HMMMM!

Roger Goodell certainly seems to have it in for Vick! Now before we go any further, I DO NOT condone cruelity to animals and I DO NOT think that Vick should be rewarded or receive special treatment because in the light of overwhelming evidence he agreed to the truth.

Here folks is the real issue…Roger Goodell is in a hurry to show that he has the power. The reality of the situation is that a District Court Judge is handing down the actual ruling on Monday.

 Goodell made a unilateral decision to ban Vick from the league with out allowing Vick to speak on his own behalf. In the United States you are innocent until proven guilty, okay so Vick is Guilty, then once you are proven guilty you are allowed to speak on your own behalf and you have the right to the appeal process.

Vick has been suspended without pay, and Goodell has cleared the way for the Falcons to recovery some of the monies paid to Vick. Again I am not applauding Vick but it seems that the NFL could cool their jest and at least see how the legal drama plays out. Mr. Goodell seems overly anxious to assert his power.

At the end of the day we all have to be able to sleep or stay awake with ourselves. To Vick and Goodell I would submit this:

No! I am not just babbling about the VH1 show where they shove celebrities that have passed their prime into an unscripted living environment  just for the audience’s amusement.

The Daily Mail in London reported the following:

“It’s Good to Be a British Prisoner: Faced with overcrowding, the government announced earlier this year that 25,500 inmates would be early-released, and since that would take away their “free” housing for the remainder of their sentences, awarded each released person “room and board” expenses to live on until their terms expired.”

In a not so surprising contrast Desert News of Utah reports:

The county wants some of its money back, so this spring it began charging misdemeanor inmates $10 a day to stay in the 800-bed jail.

Jails got the ability to recoup some of their costs for housing inmates during the 2003 legislative session. The law allows counties to charge inmates up to $43 a day, though the daily cost of housing them may be as high as $61.

Well what can I say, the don’t call it Jolly Old England for nothing!

Michael Vick was formerly a six-year veteran  that rushed for a QB-record 1,030 yards last season and added 20 touchdown passes. Vick has 71 TD tosses and 52 interceptions through the air and 3,859 ground yards and 21 more scores.

Michael Vick pleaded guilty to charges of federal conspiracy charges in his dogfighting case. Because of the deal it is likely he will be sentenced to 10 - 12 months behind bars.

The plea deal is not signed and has not been formally announced.  Even more uncertain is the future of Vick’s career. Former fans, PETA, and people with nothing better to do are calling for a lifetime ban from the NFL. At the very least Vick is out for one to two seasons.

I don’t think anyone is condoning what Vick did, but at the same time there is an untold amount of details that the public is not aware of. I was raised in a house that operated on the premise that there is three sides to every story, each of the people involved and then the truth.

I think before anyone judges what happened or what the consequences should be we need to know all of the facts. In fact we might do well to remember that with the severity we judge others we too will be judged.

Okay here goes! So just this week the Weinermobile received a ticket! A ticket for a hotdog that has made millions of people happy and several small children famous.

The weinermobile was double parked and ticketed for a fine of $50.00. Oddly enough the driver was just in time, because the ticketing officer had already called a  tow truck.

With all of the horrors in the world, I have said it before and I will say it again…don’t we have better things to do? If not we really should find some.

So let that be a lesson to us all. Be careful where you park your weiner!

Although his latest version of internet fraud has been going on for sometime, it seems the word has not gotten to every website owner.  Here is a brief lesson in how Google and other like search engines work. The left side of Google is comprised of websites that have risen in the rankings through the process of search engine optimization and numerous visits to the site making it extremely popular and raising it in rank.

The right side of Google is comprised of ads that have been placed there by purchasing certain keywords or phrases. In general these words are bid on and this causes rotation of the sites. When a company is the highest bidder on the phrase they will rank first until they are out bid by another company, they exceed their budget, or they choose a new word.

Here is the catch with the right side. Usually companies have a budget of specifi dollars a month. This means they are willing to pay for example $.75 per click on a certain phrase, up to say $100.00. Well in the beginning of these ad words that was just swell. Now with the plethora of sites available and the competition on most words and phrases competitive companies have discovered how to raise the price of the words. There are computer sweat shops where able-bodied mouse users are clicking away for eight to ten hours a day on certain keyword sites from the right hand side. In doing this the budget from legitimate companies is used up, there is no real traffic to the site, and other companies rotate in and out of the number one spot on a daily basis.

The real challenge is for the website owners. A website owner could conceivably spend a whole month’s budget in one day with out even realizing what has happened. Alas, there is a solution. Work towards optimizing your site.

• You can purchase software that is fairly reasonable and will help you optimize your site.
• Write keyword dense article so that the information in the articles corresponds directly with the phrases that are being searched for. 
• Post comments on blogs that directly relate to topics on your site and add your url in the comment whenever possible. By using the existing traffic of other sites you will increase your raffic and visibility.
• Start a blog on your website and allow other like businesses or consumers post comments and links.

By keeping up with the latest scams you can protect yourself and anyone in your network from being the next victim.
